ABOUT US
The Brewer's Table was established by Seymour locals Carmen & Robert Fifield in 2015 as a destination for lovers of delicious food, Australian independent craft beers and ciders and locally grown & produced wines.
Carmen has a long background in hospitality, from restaurant & event management to conference & banqueting. Both having lived and worked in the UK & Europe, Carmens passion for food, coffee & regional wines was combined with Robs passion for the frothy stuff - Independent Beer brought about the idea of "The Brewers Table" A place to enjoy all of these things while sitting at the table! Together they have created an ever popular, growing and bustling cafe that has something for everyone and a central meeting point for locals and visitors a far.
Their house made cakes, biscuits & slices are a perfect match with the best locally roasted coffee from Mansfield. The large range of local produce is available on the retail shelves to create the perfect gift hamper or just to take home enjoy at home tops off the experience at The Brewer's Table.

"When The Brewer’s Table first opened, Carmen Fifield had trouble finding a reliable source of eggs in Seymour. “Our local supplier had to buy more chickens,” she laughs. Now Rutherford Bros is a thriving business that provides her with 100 dozen each week and I tuck into two for breakfast with mushrooms and sausages from the nearby town of Avenel. Across the road from the train station, the café and restaurant bookends commuters’ workdays with coffee, craft beer and a wine list with a strong emphasis on small local operators."
